Looney Finishes 9th in Butterfly

Shreveport native Robert Looney finished in 9th place overall on Tuesday night in the 200 meter butterfly at the Olympic Swim Trial in Omaha, Nebraska.

Michael Phelps finished first overall of the 16 with a time of 1:54.02. Looney finished just outside the top eight and missed the cut by eight tenths of a second.
